Founded in 1919 in Frankfurt am Main by Attorney at Law and Notary Public Max L. Cahn, the law firm CAHN, HÄUSER & PARTNER is today managed by the 4th generation of the Häuser family. CAHN, HÄUSER & PARTNER has developed into one of the leading national and international law firms of notaries, particularly in the areas of commercial and corporate law, M&A, financing, foundation law, inheritance law, and commercial and private real estate law.

Languages and Notarizations
Our notarization languages are German and English. For all other languages, we have a network of (simultaneous) interpreters who will accompany your notarization professionally.
